There are lots of opportunities to learn new skills, and the management team is super supportive. The pay and benefits are great, and there's even staff housing! If you want to have a fun, outdoor, and rewarding summer job, Pika is the place to work.

Helpful staff with lots of experience to share.

A typical day at work for me involves getting to the site at 8 am, going over the day's tasks with my supervisor, and then starting work. We do lots of different types of work, but mainly focus on building driveways and fences. We have a short 15-minute break mid-morning, followed by lunch, which we usually have in town. We finish around 4:30-5:00 pm.
